i mean the dude knew she lusted after money and still married her. first rich asshole comes by and shes gone. she isnt all that smart but neither is he
Well she is like most women selfish and immature, not really a woman you want to be married to
An original spin on the oldest topic. This story has me wanting to read more now, on to part 2!
A little far fetched, but the author's usual well written work. I need to see how it goes from here.
There are a lot of moving parts in this plot. So far, a lot of words, a lot of setup. It’s a lot of reading, just to reach her decision to cheat. IMO, the characters seem very ‘stiff’, they don’t feel like real people.
As for the plot, she doesn’t have a good reason NOT to tell Nate that she’s working with TRPB. He discussed his decision not to invest immediately, she should have felt comfortable telling him that she’d been their first success - she would not have to discuss the details.
I have not decided whether I’ll continue to chapter 2.
I am very much enjoying this story. My wife asks why I enjoy cheating/revenge/divorce scenarios. I tell her I like the suspense and unpredictability. Will they divorce or reconcile? What led them to cheat in the first place? Which spouse is more at fault for the cheating? The scenario the author has created is very interesting. He has us sympathetic to the woman who is about to cheat. I am anxious to find out how it all works out on a number of levels. That's all I'll say, so as not to reveal too much of the story. Worth reading. Well written.
