There are a lot of problems with switching tenses, even in the same sentence, sentences that aren't sentences, run-on sentences because of missing punctuation...

"The woman I drifted away from after my current one surprised me with a visit 4 months ago." You called the woman in the guy's bedroom his current woman as if she's a thing or possession instead of a human. Maybe try the word girlfriend.

That guy doesn't deserve either woman.
