This chapter was a complete waste of time. If your short chapters are not erotic then combine some that are.

If this is a repost. Try to bundle 3 or 4 chapters into one. Usually dull chapters like this exist to forward the story or fill in blanks regarding the characters background, or even create sub arcs for future events. But this was...devoid of any of that. I’m guessing that if someone reads chapter 6 then goes straight to 8 nothing of value will have been missed.
