I hate to tell you but there is nothing erotic about this story! This story belongs in the BSDM category because loving does not describe anything about this experience. Who in your life have treated you like this? You say that you do not want to throw away a good thing - what is good here? - certainly nothing in this story. You ask for help but the reality is that it is not your wife and lover who is the problem. The problem is you. Either you enjoy being with this woman who will abuse you (probably in new and disgusting ways) or leave her. Your wife is preparing for life of endless abuse and humiliation. This is the last story of yours I will read because I can no longer feel sorry for you and there is nothing enjoyable about reading about your choices.

Your protagonist has no worth as a human being, just have him commit suicide in Ch. 03. This whole story is ridiculous self-flagellation.
