Thanks for the question, and the nice comment. There seems to be a concerted effort by some people to vote down any story that has to do with married women playing around. Since this is my forte (but not in this particular instance,) I disable voting for the first week or so, then turn it on. I think that gives me a more realistic track record.

I don't mind if people give me a low vote because it's a bad story (and yes, I do publish those from time to time,) but I dislike unthoughtful votes.

At the same time, if an anonymous user comments with an unthoughtful idea ("You suck, Adam") without giving me a reason why I suck, I delete it. However, I don't think I've ever deleted a comment from someone who identifies himself.
