The reason there is not much father/son sex in the incest section is that, according to the dictionary - both British and American - same gender sex is not incest. The dictionary says that incest is sexual intercourse (described as a penis ejaculating into a vagina) between close blood relatives prohibited by law from marrying, so this excludes in-laws, step-relatives, adopted relatives and in some countries and US states, cousins too are allowed to marry (Google cousin marriage for a list)so in those places, even cousins cannot have an incestuous relationship. Between those blood related men and women who do have sex, but stop short of penis penetrating vagina, they also are not committing incest.
