What a fun time on the PCH. I can understand Julia wanting to discourage Cara from participating. I can also understand the competitive urge to win. I just hope it doesn't change how they see each other. Been to lots of wet T-shirt contests and seen some pretty raunchy acts. This story matches a couple of them. Good times had by all.
