She can look forward to a slim and shapely body with her still very large and firm tits. She probably wants to become a man-magnet with a body obviously built to fuck. A new wardrobe may have to wait until she gets her new even more sexy body.

Obviously there is little love between Karen and Robert, but there now is a relationship that is different, but still very strong. The relationship is now based on control, Karen’s control, and Robert’s submission to that control (if this seems familiar, it is a flip of the very traditional relationship based on the man’s control and the wife’s submission). Robert seems to have no desire to leave Karen. On the contrary, it is she who could leave him. It appears that Robert will get his sexual pleasure from knowing she is fucking others, eating Karen at her direction, and fucking anyone else she OKs.
