I realize this is simply fiction and you probably base your knowledge of blows to the head off what is presented most often in popular fiction (movies, television, comics, etc), but a blow to the head powerful enough to render a person unconscious often results in serious concussion, skull fractures or even cerebral hemorrhage. Leanna wouldn't simply have a headache, in fact it's quite possible she would die. Even if she didn't, there's no sex that could feel enjoyable in the immediate aftermath of a skull cracking assault. Just a little dose of realism in case you ever want to write something more accurate.
