I stared at the words, my heart beat hard in my chest. I looked at Tina, I wasn't sure I could press send on the messages.
"You can do it Madison," Tina started, "this is what you want... what you need... let your inner nasty slut out and do what you want."
It took me a minute to think it through, there was no going back once I pressed send, and maybe it was the pressure from Tina, maybe it was the loud music, maybe it was the feeling of sex all around me, it seemed like I did't have an option. I had to press send. Maybe I needed too.
With the messages gone I took a large gulp of my martini and waited. There wasn't anything else to do. Tina went to the washroom. I opened my real phone and checked to see if there was anything to look at. There wasn't. The phone buzzed. I had a reply. It didn't take long, which made sense. Who would make their blackmailer wait? That's what I was now. A blackmailer.
Tina wasn't back yet but I opened the phone anyway. I checked the messages and opened the conversation with the person I messaged before. I read the words.
Message: Why are you doing this to me too?
Too? What did they mean?
I opened the picture that was attached.
