I couldn't make it past the first section. The murder and betrayal killed the sex in it. Too many tired tropes, and leaving the ending up to the readers says (to me) it was poorly conceived and ought to go back n the box until you can re-think it.

Good story? My vote is for option 2.

Readers hire a hitman to do away with the author.
