You've managed the non-consent/rape part perfectly.

The BDSM, not so much. BDSM requires willing, uncoerced consent, that can be withdrawn at any time, and trust between the partners. She trusts neither Jonah nor Noah, and should not.

I like the noncon/rape aspects. This is not BDSM. BDSM is consensual. What happened to Jonah? He just leaves her with his brother in the dark forever? I love the noncon of this, but it is incomplete.
