It be interesting to see you build on your premise. Suggestions? Use a lot of details, and try to just let the story flow as we get to know your characters. Don't get discouraged by negative comments and write about what you think is hot.

For a first chapter but it reads like you wrote and published in one sitting. I’ve been writing my second story for Lit now for a year, every day, writing, reviewing, revising. Really great stuff takes time and care. Proofreading and editing would turn your work from C+ to fucking Awesome.
