The dialogue flows so naturally, the psychological insights into each characters motives so bang on, and enough hooks embedded in the story to suggest a part 2, perhaps even a prequel (elaborating on that week as a ponygirl when she was younger), or an extnesion into what you wrote in that Real Estate file!
