Every time I read this I just get a happy feeling, I can't even remember just how many times I have read this one as well as the next two parts. I can say in all honesty this is one of my top ten stories I have ever read. I have read most of you work and find them to be mesmerizing and I just can't out them down.

Over the years I’ve read hundreds of story’s on this site mainly Romance / Incest. This my friend would have to be one of the best if not the best story I’ve ever read. I only wished it went on a little longer to see if he married Grace and had kids to her or any of the others in his Harem. It’s the first story of yours that I’ve read and you’ve set the standard very high for yourself. I can’t wait to read more of your stories. There were probably half a dozen stories in here. The author did not seem to be able to bring any episode to a close. It was rambling beyond belief. What happened to Grace getting her revenge on the people who humiliated Ed at the party - way back when! I am sure the author is an excellent heating engineer, but he needs to consider the limits of credulity. No one could be as stupid or naïve Ed. I simply had to stop at page 9 as I, and Grace,are simply losing the will to live.

Absolutely impeccable. Longer than average, but that's not an issue for anyone interested in the full story. All the loose ends are either wrapped up or done in a manner that gives an obvious path. There's some opening for more books in the series, but they aren't needed. Excellent work all around, I wish I could give a higher rating.

I started reading and only put it down for snack or dinner break, reading it through reading about this Ed character and the stuff he experienced, the women otherwise have the worst luck in men !

Rereading this again, still just as good. It is one of the stories that the basic concept stuck around in my memory, even if the story didn't. What little I remembered was that Ed was in AC work, and that was enough for me to recognize the story when I rediscovered it.

This is a beautiful, well written story with just the right mixture of eroticism, humor, fact, fiction, and most of all love. Yes, it is a bit of a read compared to most, but the storyline never becomes dull and boring. The author keeps the story's pace moving.

One hint, do not rely solely on spell checkers as the can only detect mis-spelled words not words that are spelled similar or close. Example would be author's intended use of the word rogue but utilizes rouge instead .

Amazing story really loved it!! There were only a few things that I was disappointed with that didn't happen, which were Ed not getting together with Grace's friend Heather Conners and the surgeon Mishka Shyamalan. This family is on the bones of their ass and they are buying flash ham and mangoes? Mangoes aren’t creamy, they are soft juicy and have strong fibres running length ways. Different types have different strength fibres to the point that you can have strings stuck in your teeth.

These people live in a place that gets real cold so no mangoes nearby. Mangoes grow in places that have a lot of rain high humidity and high temps around 30°c all year or more and lows of 15°c or more. Live there then mangoes only cost a 20 cents instead of $5 in a supermarket.

Best I have ever read!

Take out the sex and you have the kind of totally unrealistic tale where, despite the conflicts, everybody ends up loving everybody else, the bad guys get their comeuppence, and the good guys win all the battles and live happily ever after. Reminds me of the novels I read and loved in the sixth and seventh grade about young boys who overcame lots of adversity to become heroes.

Finally found a read that grabbed me and held me in suspense.

Shirley wasn’t the only person who used Ed.... Except for Grace every lover he had used him. They all wanted him for one thing only and they had their way with it. Word spread quickly until even the Mrs Rutledges of the world wanted to sample it.

I've never read a story on Lit as long as this and I was never disappointed throughout the story. It was magnificent.

I came across this title and thought, why not? I started to read and immediately enjoyed it. It is a great story, ful of twists and turns. I also liked how it mainly was from Edward's point of view but sometimes switched to different characters.

Noticed a typo in the twelfth to last paragraphs when it says "He relaxed inside Grace and slipped free" as it has "he" 3 times.

Overall, I really liked how it ends and he finally finds himself.

This was absolutely Brilliant!!! One of the best I have ever read on the Web. This narrative had a great plot and nice character development. I especially loved how the character of Rachel was developed by teasingly sprinkling her in a little bit at a time, building her up to become the leader of his harem, then at the end having Ed falling in love with her, and taking the place of the mom figure in the story. And doing it in such a way as to not diminish the love Ed had always had for Grace. This was really nice. The only critique I can give is that I would have liked some more interaction (lesbian) between the ladies like Grace and Heather and then maybe a child for Grace and one for Rachel since they were the only two women without children. It was a nice long read too. I was reading page 32 thinking that somehow there were 36 pages and then suddenly finding myself at the end. This was so well done.

Incredible story. It should be in the romance section. There really should be a follow-up. I think Ed should impregnate both Grace and Rachel. Grace would adore a child and Rachel needs to be a mother to make up for all the heartache she has endured.

I can count on one hand the number of negative comments. Two hands if you include comments that are basically neutral with those. At a bare minimum, there's 470 positive or rave reviews. That radical tilting of the scales is the actual true review.

I thought the story was long until I got to read it. Then I found myself wanting to read the next and next page. The plot alone was spot on. The story is amazing, it is not boring and I didn`t felt it was 32 pages, however honestly I didn`t liked the way it ended, the true love can`t accept sharing my lover with other person, yes it is hot and erotic but not romantically love, also Rachel and the other women used him and take the advantage of his innocent (Naïve, stupide actually) as they secrecy agreed to shared him. hence if I can change anything in this story, it will be the end Ed should end with Grace only, and cut off all his other affairs.

Just a couple notes: your readers learn not only to know your characters but to care about them. We feel like we are there on the shopping trip, at the construction site, and with the vile corrupt judge and his tortured wife. We also learn to be incredibly fond of the boss who is so fond of Ed. I know nothing of the construction, heating, AC, etc., but you seem to write as knowledgable in these areas. But you also know when to leave the subject not to overwhelm the readers. That is not easy to do. Finally, that you had a male victim of incestuous (maternal) sexual abuse (Shirley) was incredible. It happens, and it happens often, far more often than the public or the academics seem to realize. But you also differentiated between abusive sexual relationships between and among family members and the loving relationship with Grace. You educated your audience in ways they will not realize, but they will have learned something terribly important. Thank you again. Just a terrific story. Finally, the ending was outrageous, leaving your readers desperately wishing to be a part of the group in love on that bed - unselfishly in love. Just Beautiful. Thanks.
