Do you seriously think a pregnancy test shows positive the night of getting laid?

Howdy, I'm new here. Thanks for the criticism! Two things.

A. This was a commissioned piece and I was writing as instructed.

B. The test results came back "negative" if you read the last line. =]

Of course it did. That's my point, there was no alternative, unless she was already pregnant *before* they had sex.

A. This being a commission meant their personal understanding of real life is irrelevant.

B. Pretty sure it was their point as well. If this had been an almost brain-dead porn fantasy, the test would have come back positive despite how asinine that is. By stating it was negative, it is both realistic and still risky (as pregnancy is still entirely possible)
