You seem determined to keep your loyal band of followers up to date with Robin's progress despite the obvious difficulties you are experiencing with your internet connection. Yes, a section of this chapter has been repeated, but it doesn't matter. I get the impression that this story is closer to your heart than you might care to admit. Warts and all, it is absolutely brilliant. A great, contemporary story line and just the right amount of sex to keep perverts like me interested (and wet!) 5 stars, of course and my fervent best wishes that you and your internet connection are soon back on a more balanced keel. AWC as always, my darling Pixie. This story is your best work yet, this format is really for you. I agree with Olwen, I suppose it is inevitable that we show more of our petticoats than we ought as authors. You do make me think though, as you always do, about my own reactions and need for control. My stories reflect it, my characters embody it. I have a lot to think about, you give me a lot to think about. Your depiction makes me think more about forgiveness. If control is a coping strategy for the abused, then when we use that control over those who love us and did not abuse us, then we are allowing that same abuse to propagate through us to other victims. The only way to break that corrosive cycle is to recognize the cycle and forgive so that we can wrest control of ourselves from those who abused us. Sorry if that was a bit obvious, but sometimes the forest is very thick when you are trapped in it.

Yes, technical difficulties are frustrating especially as you’ve poured yourself into Robin and her challenges. So I feel your frustrations. More, I thank you for sharing so much of yourself through Robin — she is remarkable/believable and through her actions and reflections I’ve gained.

Technical problems? I thought you were employing a sophisticated literary device to draw the reader’s attention to key elements in the text! (LOL!)

Dr B; Brilliant, just brilliant, even if there was a small repeat, due I assume to your internet problems. I just love how you blend a story that joins the emotional and physical struggles that our vicar is going through, differing people that she thinks or feels she loves and who love her, only to be rejected by them; i.e. the Bishop, all the while, whilst trying to bring down a pimp, people trafficker and murderer. There was even a hint of sex in this part, randy Robin getting her panties a bit sticky, even wearing stockings and suspenders, God, what next. Five, naturally, Pixie, can't wait for part thirteen, best wishes from me OXOXO and keep up the good work.

... oh Pixie... the story is exciting and keeps us in suspense, as always ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but there is so much of real life in it... for example it's worth a discussion, whether the compulsion for church people to live a celibate lifestyle is not basically in-humane - everybody needs sometimes someone to hold them in their arms for one night... LisaR.
