A good idea but I have agree with a comment on the first chapter that it's all rather rushed. I'd like to see more characterization, we know hardly anything about either the husband or the wife. Personally I'd like to read more about her, her feelings and emotions and why she felt compelled to do something like this.

Please take more time and draw things out a bit, give the reader something to think about otherwise it's very hot and I like where it's going.
