This was interesting, and the sex written well. I did want to inform you that the validity of it is off. Even now we are aware that taking testosterone for a trans man makes him infertile. Unless the futuristic society somehow found a way to make them fertile again, this would make him exempt from the decree because trans men cannot provide offspring. Otherwise I enjoyed the story. There weren't any immediate grammatical mistakes and it kept a fast enough pace to keep interest. Keep writing!
