Kidnapping someone for sex doesn’t make any sexual activity BDSM. Regardless of any bondage device or his (presumably his anyway) sadistic tendencies. It’s commonly accepted that BDSM requires fully informed freely given consent.

The only way it would qualify as BDSM a would be if it were a CNC scenario. It’s not so therefore it’s not BDSM.
