in the context of this story;

is a flexible rod which is typically used for corporal punishment, similar to birching.

Generally a branch from softwood tree such as willow.

Awesome story. It is true that learning to wear heels is hard. Daddy had me wearing heels every day but sometimes when I was really goid he massaged them for me. Learning to please him was even harder. Can't wait for the next chapter
