A question that will get you out of your quandary: Miss Brown, were you paid to request a massage from Michael? Follow-up, if allowed by judge: By whom? The barrister can then argue entrapment.

Not Michael but I get the gist of your suggestion. Dangerous if the witness choses to lie though. Some evidence that's a bit more solid would be safer. It's nice to know at least one reader is following the plot - thanks!
