It may be my imagination, but it seems that Lewis is becoming the most dominant person in Dave's life at this point in the story. Even more so than Phillip. I liked this chapter very much, especially the scene where you're an object to admire by philip and Lewis experiencing the embarrassment and possible shame heavily dosed with your equal excitement. Though I'm sure you enjoyed the night with coach in the previous chapter, I get the impression you didn't get the kicks that your desire to be humiliated gives you.
