I've been checking for updates daily and I love the chapter. Can't wait for the next. Cain better fucking step up.

I've been following this story with interest so far, but by this point I'm...I dunno. The supposed storyline of star-crossed lovers separated by fate, circumstance, culture, war, etc., is a foundation for many of the world's best stories. But at this juncture, with the way we're wallowing in the sadism, it's just turning into tragedy porn, and I'm not here for it. Also, with the sheer amount of non-consensual jazz, I feel like it should at least be included in the tags as a heads-up to readers. Some people need to know where this stuff is so they can avoid it, for the sake of their mental health.

This story is disturbing

Yes this is a disturbing story but you said that from the beginning and honestly, I love it. Just the right type of angst to have me bawling at midnight. Idiots who abuse their soul mates out of stupidity and poor choices always hit me right in the feels
