What an absolutely fascinating look not only into your mind but also your editorial process! I appreciate the authenticity in your stories. Personally, while my stories are almost all fictitious- the characters in them are all based on real people that've been in my life at one time or another. I use writing as a way to cope with trauma which is why many of my characters are bad people and I'll occasionally verbatim have them say something their real life counterpart actually said. I'm really glad you wrote this piece.

I love the breakdown of the stories! I think I love the most about it is that you have a background story for your stories. Mine would all be the same: "I made it up" Actually I'm writing something similar just for "We're a Wonderful Wife" because that one means a lot to me, even though it's all made up. ALL of yours means a lot to you, which is incredible 👍

So - did you avoid tentacle porn because you have a boyfriend? Or is it because good tentacle porn is so damn hard to find outside of Japan? 😁

An insight to the mind of Duleigh - after reading your breakdown and background info about some of my all time favorite kinks (Chicks with strapons? How can you top that in my doghouse?) I come away with "leant." I've never heard that word before, I went right to dictionary.com and dove into that past participle and came away with such a wonderful word! so much classier than "leaned" Yes, I caught the big picture and thank you for sharing your life secrets with us, but leant is just an incredible little word, I love it! Thank you for sharing it!

This is a fascinating series of notes to ponder. The breadth of your experience and knowledge is amazing and inspiring. I can only wish I had the courage to do so many things, when I had the opportunity to do so. These days I lean on porn. Because I have become averse to romantic relationships. Sad, but true.
