I will update the text with correct English dialogue punctuation. I am more used to dash for dialogues and quotation mark for thoughts, which is the literature standard for dialogue punctuation in Polish, but it is no excuse for the use of that in English. Thank you for all the comments on that issue, I would have not noticed it myself.
