There is a small set of men who consider the impregnation of women to be the be-all and end-all of pornography - how it happened is not so important as that it did, and if it was unwilling well so much the better.

Way, WAY too many commas. Every paragraph is a run-on sentence. I couldn't even follow the story because it was so distracting. See how I'm putting periods at the end of my statements? That's how you break them up. Try it, it's fun!
