Is there a reason for skipping over the orgy you alude to in the beginning of this chapter?

I feel like a chapter has been skipped. A lot of things were alluded to that we never act got to see.

There's already been a 'group sex' chapter earlier.

I’m really confused about this chapter. Feels like a whole entry was missed. I know you said you had a group sex entry earlier but the timelines don’t add up at all.
