It seems Andre is altering the D/s arangement one sided, without respecting the previous rules that were setup between the three of them,

I think Andre is overstepping his master role as far as interfering in Richard and Marnie's marriage. Marking her with chains, piercings and collars is still going to cause Richard problems in the public arena. Even though he's not, she is and how does he explain this to other people in their social circles who are not in the lifestyle. It's just not sustainable and he will be embarrassed (not humiliated because that doesn't seem to bother him) one way or the other. Richard was guaranteed certain things, by his mother upon his initial submission, which Andre is know curtailing and what about kids. I'm really trying to stay with this story but there are way more downs than ups.
