I wholeheartedly agree with the decision. It's sad how Jody was affected, but she did initiate things. With NJ not having incest laws, there's no crime here. Sure, the dad should have resisted, but that makes him a man overuled by hormones, not a criminal. He had consensual sex, initiated in this case by the female, with a girl of the age of consent. The decision was correct, but there were no winners here. Everyone lost.
