I too have only used it with samples. Usually comes 3 pills in a sampler and what I have done to experiment with break one and a half to see if that was enough to enhance and it was and more recently, I've even managed to cut the pills into threesome because I got another sample and I didn't want to actually order the stuff. And I found it either it was acting like a placebo almost or it really wasn't answering my erection.
