does that mean all the other mums and women have a simular counterpart visually to real world people?

In answer to your question. Yes I have alluded to Brandi looking like Lisa Ann. I always found it easier reading other people's works if a comparison was made to a actual person. Like a pornstar for instance. So for I decide to start writing I always imagined a real person Or a combination. So for your enjoyment's sake.
