Ehh...it's alright. You're too repetitive in some areas and too wordy in others. Expand your vocabulary, re-edit, and then possibly it might be considered passable. Also, if the story was to be shocking - even for a non-reluctance category - then you definitely need to work on that as well.

I liked the thrill, the true anti-hero portrayed in Sasha and the hidden dangers in Suzanne. The constant threat of death, the on-edge lust and violence that could have gone either which way. It kept me clicking on the next page.

Have read your story several times now. The character portraits are very well-developed and the emotional characteristics of Sasha and Suzanne seem credible. The constant underlying eroticism and violence is thrilling and exciting. Really hope you'll keep writing like this...and preferably with another character like Sasha.

I think I've read this story five or more times and I never get tired of it. I just have to come back time and time again. The writing is deep, incredible - I can almost smell the gun oil and musk, ans Sasha... Oh lord, what do I say about Sasha, other than I want to fuck him? A developed male character is rare in smut and Sasha defies all expectations. If nothing else, he creates a new bar for writers to reach for.

Most of all, the characters are convincing. There is development. Most of the stories, the woman gets fucked for the first time and gives up and submits after 2 minutes, which is ridiculous. Suzanne is far more convincing in her thoughts and motives. Even the romantic aspects are realistic.

I enjoyed this story immensely and became very aroused. While not being masochistic enough to enjoy beatings such as Suzanne had to endure, I love fantasizing about that kind of brutality. In my relationship, I don't often get the chance to fight back like Suzanne. My dom is more in favor of me obeying to his words than overpowering me physically. He wants a serving slave that begs him to fuck her rather than making a slave surrender by force, which is just what I want most of the time.

But I dream of fighting in earnest sometimes, until I'm really conquered, even though I tried my best. So I could really relate to this story. I have had fantasies like this (capture, torture, surrender, being kept prisoner) since the age of 14. That's why I hungrily read the story when I stumbled across this page. Even the first page with the capture had me wet already. And I was glad to see that the story continued for pages and pages.

i loved it!!! wonderful, exciting plot, i wished it hadn't ended! and i was relating to it because i had a Serbian lover (my first actually) and he was very similar to Sasha (except for the war crimes of course). his accent, his voice tone, his gestures even his body were so alive in my head. so, again, great plot, it made this "non-consent" type seem less disturbing, weirdly, downright smoldering HOT even, because the characters were well rounded. i would have liked it to have maybe one or too more sexual positions, maybe a doggy-style would have been nice...i hope you publish this! :)

I never thought a rapist/victim romance story could be believable, but you've proven me wrong. There's no shortage of sex scenes- which are well presented, steamy, and varied enough to keep readers on their toes- but the characters actually develop as well. The way you don't TELL us about their feelings for each other (until the end), but SHOW their growth instead is nothing short of fantastic. The descriptions are vivid and, at times, wince-inducing, and there are rather touching moments between these two people who are supposed to hate each other. Your characters are consistent, engaging, and have strong chemistry.

The faults are few and easy to forgive. Occasionally, I'd notice a word or phrase repeated more than a couple of times on a page; "grunted in pain" comes to mind. It was difficult to tell how much time passed, which does affect the credibility of the situation and the relationship between the characters. I would have liked to know more details about Suzanne's mission and recovery, as well as how Sasha found her. Furthermore, I think the two characters could do with more development- particularly with scenes not involving sex. These would have detracted from the story's purpose here, but if you wish to have this published as a novel or novella, fleshing out your details would be very beneficial.

Unrelated comment: The scene where Suzanne tried to run away reminded me of Beauty and the Beast.

All in all, Hunted is a well-thought-out, well-paced, well-told story that manages to be thrilling, raw, sensual, endearing, harsh and bittersweet, carefully treading the boundaries of suspension of disbelief and keeping a tight grip on the reader's attention until the very last word. I absolutely recommend it. 5/5

I also agree with the previous reader who stated that the instance of Suzanne trying to seduce Sasha was inconsistent. Realistically, she would have probably been frozen by fear or in too much pain to act that way. I was also curious as to Suzanne's mission and/or the information she had. Honestly, I clicked on this with the expectation that it wouldn't be very good (as most stories aren't), but this fed my control (or lack thereof) desires so perfectly. It was hot and intense and still romantic... you're a god (goddess?) at writing this. I found myself hoping they'd stay together, and was glad when they did.
