An adequate if sketchy rendering of the classic shipwreck, survivor, fantasy island, mermaid tale.

The main quibble I have is with the brevity of description of the main characters; one guy--a caricature of the "hot young resourceful Greek stud"--then so little regarding the three mermaids (the TRUE main characters of these tales) as to be criminally disappointing.

There's a good story buried inside--but Mermaid's Cove is little more than a decently written summary. Please keep writing and let your creative imagination give us a richer reward for reading your work. It's all about us, you know? (Joke)

(By the way--since there are three (not just one) of the mermaids the title should more accurately be written as Mermaids' Cove, not Mermaid's. Not that important compared to the body of your work, but still...;)
