Forget the naysayers. They like nothing better than to belittle cuckold authors. My suggestion for improvement would be to find a good editor. For example, in one paragraph you started nearly every sentence with, "He told me..." which quickly grew tedious. There were other places where an editor could have helped. Keep writing!
