Click hereOlivia stared down at the floor of the hallway. She was too mortified to make eye contact with anyone. Her cheeks were crimson with embarrassment. Dr. Brovachik pushed the down button on the wall. The metal doors opened and the two of them stepped into the elevator. The clinician pressed the button for the ground floor.
Just as the doors slid shut, Dr. Brovachik let out another loud laugh. "Oh, American girls!" he chuckled shaking his head. As they headed down to the first floor, Olivia prayed that they would make it in time for her to catch her train. She needed to board the Moscow express. There was no backup plan. Being late would cost her her freedom.
Shame Bogdan made a fool of himself with all that grovelling after throwing porridge over the judge. Too many words. I think Olivia says too many words sometimes aswell. I was beginning to think of Bogdan as a hero but after that tiraid of humiliating pleading I can't think of him so. All that was needed was "I'm so sorry sir, it was an accident", no need to mention the 'sticking fingers up Olivia's ass' incident at all, certainly no need to say it was a mistake. He also got the key by luck, not very heroic. Still very much enjoying this story though - R
Yes please let her get out! Let her bring Thorsky and pounding and all of them to justice! Maybe Bogdan could even make it to America one day? Loving where this story is going!
