It started good but some errors have affected the story, first: how can she walk after 2 years in bed? Second: she was 50kg plus about 50kg per cheek and about 20kg per boob, she should be 190kg not 130. Third: if we consider 20000cc spherical implants they should have a 34cm diameter, it means Oksana's breast frontal projection is about 34cm (not 120cm), at the same time that means she should have a bust circumference of a maximum of 200cm (not 300cm). Fourth: like boobs also the butt should have different proportions, the projection is about 46cm (not 120cm) and the circumference is not more than 290cm (not 420cm) while it's not clear if her hips have been widen by 40cm in total or per side, but even if it's 40cm per part her width should be 115-120cm (not 140cm) but it doesn't fit the width of the butt implants that should be 92cm; this problem can be fixed if butt implants are not perfect spheres, but it means a further reduction of the projection to the back.

At the end I wuold say: nice try but you can do better
