The "forcing a scene" dynamic because you are afraid of other peoples feelings feels familiair and you describe it well. I can understand some might not like these stories because they aren't very porn'y. To me though they are great. They offer a genuine insight into how another couple navigates these waters and that has been of great help to me and my wife.
