I mean it’s a hot premise, but I don’t like the part about “ Michael didn't understand the significance of this. He thought this was just part of the play”. If something is not clearly communicated or agreed upon consensually between the couple, then it just becomes cheating. Up to this point the story has been hot and a couple exploring some role-play as a couple, her kissing another man (without consent) exchanging numbers and effectively planning to completely “cut off” her husband without his knowledge or consent is not “ok” nor arousing, at least not to me.
