Captors, especially one's who aren't gay, would fight this asshole with their life and they don't immediately become exhausted. Adrenalin goes a long way. These stories are all the same, someone is kidnapped, think about how awful it is, then follow along and enjoy what he psychos are doing. More than not, captives would rather die. They fight, bite, look for weapons, even stop eating and drinking. The key is to be a problem, not an asset.

I think most people in this situation would slit their wrists, rather than become a gay slave. If you're going to write a story in this category, there has to be non consent. Nodding and doing exactly as you're told doesn't count.
