You could address the relationships between the girlfriends, relate a bit how they feel about their relationships and their sexual attraction with each other. Also, I know this diverges from the story line, but you could introduce additional non-futa lovers. I know this gets away from the harem theme, but these stories do explore themes of polyamory. What would happen if another man, or a woman was introduced I to the group? Could the Futa find themselves in love with two men, or with a man and a woman? What kind of relationship would there be between them and the M/C? I like your stories because the nature of the relationships is more engaging than those about random sex.

You can re-write it, and re-upload it, then continue writing out of that corner. One thing I would like to see is a little more drama, to spice up the story. Other than that, anything futa on male always welcomed.
