Wow, thank you for all your supportive comments. I wasn't sure about this story, so had deliberately left it open, although I had drafted a couple of follow up points to cover. Interestingly some of them meet what has been suggested already. So, as it seems to be popular I am writing chapter 2 for you all which should be submitted shortly.
