Honestly I just think the pacing and the fact that for her to give him enough pain meds to paralyze him would be very possibly fatal and at the very least highly tracible. It also is worth pointing out you literally write that she leaves marks and on him like biting down hard on his neck.

Not trying to discourage or insult your work just pointing out flaws plot holes.

Not discouraging at all but I'm not focusing too hard on the medical validity etc. At the end of the day I just want to write something that turns me on. I'll try and do better in the stories to cum 👍
