Enjoying this story but a couple of items you need to watch. First is remembering the names correctly. It is Anna not Jenna. And then proofreading to catch missing words and proper spelling. My guess is the story is flowing so quickly your typing can't keep up thus missing words. The story is interesting and I very much look forward to see how you proceed.

Exhausted over mental stimulation still of physical, really? She is not having parts of her brain stimulated. You stated these were phantom vibrations from the device attached, not to her brain, but down there. This makes no sense and short circuits the fantasy.
