There are some trolls who just want to be mean. I found nothing wrong with this story. Weight comes in all sizes and as one said "there is just more to hugg" on a big woman. I have delighted in all sizes, from a Twiggy to one heavier than I now am (and bigger than I was before reducing 45lbs - not a very easy thing to do - thank you Glucerna).

There is nothing wrong with recording a real world experience other than in the mind of the haters.

My only suggestion is since Literotica is a place for fiction it would have been hotter if April was not pregnant but was into preg risk sex. Protected sex is mere mutual masturbation, real sex is skin to skin and with the risk of a pregnancy like Nature intends. This is why I find your "CO Leep" story to be so hot, and hope you will write both a follow-up and a precursor on it.
