You should remove the foursomes tag. Sure, they are mentioned in the story, but not in a relevant enough context to justify the misleading tag. You talk about how it's not cheating when everybody is involved and willing, but then divert to something else. Instead of a story about two couples sharing, it's a story about 1.5 couples cheating while the fourth is passed out.
