We spent the afternoon sitting and talking. She had a lot of questions about my early dressing up experiences. She wanted to know how it started, whose clothes I wore, when I had started getting my own stuff. She also asked about when I realized I was interested in boys. I was surprised to hear her say she would consider hooking up with a girl, but she didn't think she was bisexual or anywhere close to being lesbian, just thought it would be an interesting experience.
Around five we both did some school work and then later ordered a pizza. She had dared me to answer the door when the pizza came and I did it, enjoying getting eyed up by the twenty something kid who delivered it. After dinner I removed my makeup, undressed, and returned to Brian mode. I was extra careful checking myself in the mirror when I was done.
I sent Steph a text saying I was heading to bed soon but didn't get a response. I was worried because we hadn't communicated since our kind of ugly exchange earlier in the afternoon. It wasn't unusual that there would be a big gap in responses. If the ER got really busy, she just wouldn't have time but I was still uneasy.
Lying in bed my nervousness grew and I decided I would leave her a note. I got up and went to the office and quickly wrote.
'Sorry about earlier. I just get insecure. I still can't believe a woman as amazing and beautiful as you chose me. And that even before I get more insecure about my 'thing' and how that makes you see me. I promise I will try to work on it, and I know you deserve better. Thank you for all your help and support over the last week, it means everything, and I am going to do my best to do the same for you. I love you always!'
Callie had already gone to bed so I left it on the kitchen table where I knew Steph would see it as soon as she got home. I headed back to our room. I was surprised at how easily it felt like I would be able to fall asleep. I was happy about that since I knew my alarm would be going off at four thirty so I could head to work.

Anonymous12 months agoWow as usual I love your stories. They are amazing and well-written and characters or about to find. But this is so obvious I set up and not going to go well Steph and Brian have been on a rock since she found out about his hobby. And when she found out about her neighbor Kim's husbands fantasy and the fact that they were both married to men that they thought were alpha males and all senses and then all of a sudden you have retired Marine colonel which is all man living next door making goo goo eyes at you and then his brother comes in the picture I think we're going to find out that Kim and Steph have already slept with them and now they had to create a scenario so that what was fair is fair by setting up Rob and Vaughn I definitely see the relationship falling apart although I hope for it loving open type marriage everybody's happy for once in your stories but have a big feeling this is not going that way. There's too many little things for Stephanie's getting upset at Brian but she's keeping all her secrets and that's okay and I driving up the wall is in the story and then we have the young lady at the fire department how does that play in now that's going to be interesting anyway love your stories and I look forward to the next two chapter

njlauren12 months agoGreat story! About my only complaint is that the stories end too soon,want them to keep going! I suspect that w 3 lit page stories this is gonna be a lot longer than 7 chapters, which isn't a bad thing. Just hope Steph and Brianne make it, I suspect rob and Kim are toast at this point.
