All Comments on 'Valiant Valkyrie vs the Boarman 08'

I appreciate you putting in some anal content in your stories. I know you're not a huge fan, but it does add a little variety and you did a good job with this story.

Unfortunately best and hottest stories like "Princesses vs Pirates", "WW vs Panthris", "New Years Eve", "First Thanksgiving " never got a siquel. But tasteless and boring stories like "Impostor" or "Boarman" have become endless series.

Really, does Rude Ruby *really* think that’ll hurt the Boarman?

Anon2: I can kind of understand where you are coming from. I do generally think my work is best when I keep it quick and to the point, and this storyline definitely gets far more weighed down with plot than most anything else I’ve done so far. For what it is worth, we are almost done; there are 10 total chapters main-sequence chapters and then two endings planned. After this I will be shifting back to shorter stuff for a while, both from necessity and preference.

However, I would still temper your expectations a little bit, as to how responsive my writing process is to feedback. It’s not that I am ignoring it, so much as it is very very rare for me to produce a completed work quickly - ever. New Years Eve, for example, which you reference liking, took almost exactly four years between inception and release, and while that might be a little longer than average it is not all that abnormal. So if you say ‘I think it would be a good idea to have a sequel to story X’ and I say ‘I agree’ today, based on historical precedent you can probably expect your story around 2025. Sorry, them's the breaks.

Anon3: well now, I certainly couldn’t comment on that one way or the other, now could I? Assuming you didn’t read ahead somehow…

Also, general comment: apologies to all for the delays on continuing this storyline. As mentioned in my profile, I had some life events that seriously delayed things. However, chapter 9 has now been submitted (finally) so it should land soon - for those of you who are still looking out for it!
