Very hot. Wow. I rarely leave a comment after a story, and usually it's (mostly) constructive criticism.

Not so with this tale. The mystery neighbor begins her seduction patiently, rather than going the usual route of jumping on her prey who of course always acquiesses eagerly to the seductress's advances.

I only wish this were an older, complete tale so I could get to the next chapter swiftly. The suspence is gonna be tough to endure, for this is promising to be a damn good one.
