Have some of everything other than PVC you talked about. Leather can be cleaned with Woolite in luke-warm water and plenty of rinsing. Woolite makes a lot of suds, so don't use too much or you'll be rinsing forever. When leather is not quite dry, flex/wrinkle/bunch it so that the fibres don't set hard.
